Pamela Castori, CBST High School Program Leader, Ana Corbacho, CBST higher Education Program Leader, and Michael Wright, lead CBST high school academy teacher, will all be presenting a middle and high school teacher workshop as well as representing CBST with an interactive biophotonics booth to be shared with the UCD graduate admissions program at the annual Society for the Advancement of Chicanos and Native Americans in Science (SACNAS) Conference on October 26-29, 2006, in Denver, Colorado.
Continuing our annual tradition, we will seek to inform and recruit students and teachers to our offerings at the high school, undergraduate, and graduate levels. As always, experiential, hands-on experiences will be at the core of our offerings and Prior CBST undergraduate interns will be brought along to help and learn about the conference.
